Our refund and cancellation policy
Please review these policy conditions carefully before purchasing a report, consultation, or other digital health service.
Section 01
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only if a technical failure prevents the delivery of a purchased digital report or if a prepaid consultation is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Section 02
Standard Refund Timeline
Once a refund claim is submitted, reviewed, and approved by our team, the refund process will be completed within 7 to 10 working days. The funds will be returned via the original payment method used during purchase.
Section 03
No Refund and Cancellation Policy
- No refunds will be issued once a digital health assessment report has been generated and delivered to the user.
- No cancellations are permitted once a clinical consultation or diagnostic process has commenced.
- Services marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Refundable” at the time of booking are not eligible for any refund or return.

Return Policy
As our services are primarily digital health services, preventive reports, consultations, and platform-based solutions, physical product returns generally do not apply unless specifically stated for a separate item or product.
